TOURING SCHOOLBOYS
NEW ZEALAND PARTY AT CANBERRA.
(United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.10 p.m.) Canberra. January 4. Mr J. A. Perkins, Minister of the Interior, on behalf of the Prime Minister and the Government, welcomed the New Zealand touring schoolboys. He expressed a desire that there should be more intercourse between Australia and New Zealand and greater trade relations.
The boys leave for Melbourne tonight and afterwards visit the Blue Mountains, the Jenolan Caves and Newcastle.
