SOVIET’S COUNTER MEASURES.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.0 p.m.) London, January 4. The Moscow correspondent of the Manchester Guardian reports that the Soviet, in order to combat Fascism, urges Communists to enter Fascist organizations and spread underground propaganda.
