REORGANIZATION IN GERMANY.
(United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) Berlin, December 28. A thorough reorganization of the defence forces, including an early return to compulsory military service, is expected to follow the resignation of General von Hammersteinequord on December 27. Flis successor is likely to be General von Blomberg Roehm, who will become Minister of Defence.
