RUSSIA’S GREAT PROGRESS.
(United Press Assn— Telegraph Copyright.) Paris, December 15. The Air Minister, M. Cot, told the Chamber of Deputies that in five years Russia’s aviation power would be equal to that of all the European countries combined. Russia was producing planes as good as the French and all Russia’s aeroplane factories were at least 430 miles from any frontier.
