SUGGESTIONS FOR REFORM,
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.0 p.m.) Loudon, December 1. An unofficial committee of both Houses of Parliament, formed to consider the reform of the House of Lords, decided that the Marquis of Salisbury should introduce a Bill before the adjournment providing that the House of Lords consist of 300 members, of whom 150 shall be elected by the general body of hereditary peers and 150 appointed by some method determined by the House of Commons.
