TARIFF INQUIRY
PRINTING AND ALLIED INDUSTRIES. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, October 26. Representations that no changes should be made in the present tariff schedules as affecting their particular products were made to the Tariff Commission to-day by the Globe Printing Co., Wellington, in regard to counter books, roll tickets and tie-on tags; by A. D. Willis, Ltd., Wanganui in regard to playing cards; by H. E. Geddes and Co., Ltd., in regard to printing papers from all sources and John Dickinson and Co. (N.Z.), Ltd., and Alex. Cowan and Sons (N.Z.), Ltd., in regard to manufactured stationery.
The evidence was a continuation of the general case presented to the Commission on behalf of the printing and allied industries on July 28.
