FOREIGN WHEAT
CHINA CONSIDERING TAX. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Vancouver, October 25. China is planning a tax on foreign wheat, states Mr P. Y. Woo, a Nanking Minister, who has arrived here. BELGIAN DECISION CEREAL IMPORTS PROHIBITED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, October 25. A Belgian Government decree prohibits the importation of all cereals, except under license, which will only be granted to countries admitting Belgian products.
