NEW GOVERNOR
COLONY OF SEYCHELLES. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, October 25. The King has appointed Mr Gordon Leatham, Secretary for the Northern Provinces of Nigeria since 1929, to be Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Seychelles in succession to Sir de Symons M. G. Honey, who has retired.
