LIVING WITH TRIBESMEN? (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 12.5 a.m.) London, October 26. The Daily Express revives the possibility that Captain Lancaster, who left to fly to Cape Town on April 12, may still be alive in a remote spot in the Senegal district of the Sahara and living among half savage tribesmen as one of themselves. Tire French Transport Company says there is no doubt that a white man is living in those parts. Whether it is Captain Lancaster is unknown. It is reported that a white man landed in an aeroplane months ago. ,
