(From Our Correspondent.) Amongst the local residents who attended the Waipango tennis and basketball ball were Mr and Mrs E. Shore, Misses N. Neilson, T. Egerton, E. Broomhall, M. Mackie and T. Wixon, Messrs Cleaver (2), Dawson, McKay (2), Dallas, Belsham, Beadle, Gregg, Egerton.

Mrs J. R. Whittle and Mrs Thos. Egerton have returned home from a holiday spent at Stewart Island.

Mrs K. Cross and her son, Mr J. D. Gregg have returned from a holiday spent at Te Anau, Miss H. McFadgen, who has been the guest of Mrs K. Cross, returned to Riverton on Saturday last. Mr and Mrs F. Hart and family have returned from a holiday spent at Athol. Mrs Shepard and her small daughter, Leona, of Bluff, are holidaying with Mr and Mrs Goodwillie, Tihaka. Mrs M. Kitto, who spent Labour week-end at Ohai, returned home on Tuesday.

Mr I. Marshal has returned home from a holiday spent at Queenstown. Mr and Mrs R. McLeod, Gore, visited Colac for Labour week-end.

Miss McNaughton, of Bluff, was the guest of Mr and Mrs D. Noble during the week-end.

Mrs Ford, Ermedale, who has been visiting het parents, Mr and Mrs H. Hinton, returned home last week.

Miss Craine, of Waikoura, is staying with Mr and Mrs E. Reece jun.

Miss N. Neilson, of Glade House, Te Anau, is holidaying with her parents, Mr and Mrs N. Neilson, Round Hill. Mr and Mrs H. Hinton visited their daughter, Mrs Leckie, of Otautau, during Labour week-end.
