MURDER MYSTERY
AUCKLAND TAXI DRIVER. POLICE ACTIVITIES. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, October 25. Since James Blair, a taxi-driver, was found murdered on October 15 the Auckland police force has interviewed 1500 persons, taken 100 statements and visited 300 boarding and apartment houses and 80 hotels. To-day it sent circulars to 500 licensed taxi-drivers asking for certain information.
