HUNGER STRIKER SURRENDERS. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Leipzig, September 24. Van der Lubbe, one of the accused in the Reichstag fire case, has ended his hunger strike and ate normally today. Apparently he has completely recovered.
