PARLIAMENT
SESSION PROROGUED. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, July 21. Until a decision is reached as to when the next session will commence, the Government has decided to prorogue Parliament from fortnight io fortnight after the expiry of the existing prorogation on July 31. A proclamation will therefore be Gazetted during the coming week proroguing Parliament to the end of the second week in August.
