Turnbull and Perry; Wylie and G. Young v. Edwards and J. Ritchie; McCaughan and Chapman v. Domigan and Aitken; F. Young and Nelson v. Crosbie and Poff; Kirby and Bath v. Piller and Bishop. Saturday.—King and Piper v. McQuillan and Noake; Hunter and L. Wilson v. G. Martin and Paterson; Kidd and Atkins v. Finlayson and Aitken; Wilson and Dolamore v. Foley and Sadd; G. R. Martin and Boyne v. Stevenson.
