WEATHERING THE STORM. “It is the large and consistent advertisers who are to-day weathering the storm,” said Sir Edward Iliffe, addressing Nottingbam. Publicity Club. “I think the time has really arrived when sound and well thought-out advertising schemes can be launched with confidence.” Sir Edward added that advertising was by far the greatest factor in reducing the cost of living for every member of the community.
