STATE OF MANCHUKUO
LEAGUE URGES NON-RE-COGNITION. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) Geneva, June 14. Bearing the signature of Sir Eric Drummond, circulars have been sent by the League to member nations and the United States requesting them not to recognize Manchukuo stamps, passports and currencies, and to instruct consul stationed in Manchuria not to do anything to imply recognition of the Government of Manchukuo.
