BELGIUM DEFAULTS
OTHERS MAKE PART PAYMENT. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph 'Copyfight.) (Rec\ 7.45 p.m.) London, June 15. The Brussels correspondent of the Daily Mail says that the Government has informed America that it will be unable to pay the debt instalment. Poland is also defaulting,, and Italy, Rumania, and Czechoslovakia are making partial payments. Finland is paying in full.
