SAILING DELAYED
FRENCH SLOOP. ILLNESS OF OFFICERS. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, June 12. Owing to the illness of two of the officers, the French sloop Savorgnan de Brazda has postponed departure from to-day until seven to-morrow morning. The second in command, Lieutenant Lavale, was taken to hospital to-day, and it is likely he will not sail with the ship. Commander Rosati to-day thanked the authorities and the public for the hospitality shown during their two splendid weeks in Auckland.
