ALLEGED FRAUD
GERMAN DIRECTORS ARRESTED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, May 10. Fritz Bluethged, Wilhelm Springbrun and Carl Benrath, prominent directors with Anglo-American affiliations who developed the international silk industry, have been arrested on charges of falsifying balance-sheets. Other arrests include Gerstodl, a director of the Charlottenburg Waterworks, Kohmert, a banker, and Count Zueulenburg, a Prussian banker and landowner, who were charged with fraud.
