BAVARIAN PRIESTS
ARRESTED ON UNKNOWN CHARGES. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Munich, May 8. Dr Bauer, parish priest at Schfarzhofen, and Dr. Breu, priest at Fosen, have been arrested for unknown reasons. Dr Breu was sent to hospital with heart trouble. A third priest was arrested for stating in a sermon delivered on Labour Day that Catholics could never recognize the Swastika, which was a heathen cross. It is reported that 172 persons have been arrested and transferred to concentration camps at Dachau.
