STATUS OF BURMA
SEPARATION ISSUE UNDECIDED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Burma, May 7. After a fortnight’s debate the Legislative Council was unable to decide whether it wants separation from India. The council was prorogued, the Governor refusing to grant any extension of the special session.
