ANNIVERSARY OF ACCESSION. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, May 6. To-day is the twenty-third anniversary of the King’s accession. Flags were flown on all Government and public buildings in honour of the event, and a salute of 21 guns was fired from Hyde Park at noon. Their Majesties, who returned to Buckingham Palace from Windsor yesterday, are spending the day. quietly. No special celebrations are being held.
