NAVAL PLANES CRASH
JAPANESE CREWS DROWNED.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 6.35 p.m.) Tokio, April 22. A naval plane proceeding to Formosa yesterday fell into the sea near Loochoos. Another, while practising, plunged into Tokio Bay. Both crews were drowned.
