VALUABLE MOTOR LAUNCH. (Per United Press Association.) Blenheim, December 22. The large 80-passenger- motor launch Tinopai, recently built in Auckland for M. Steele, of Picton, was totally destroyed by fire while anchored at Torea last night. A party was ashore enjoying a moonlight picnic. There was no insurance. The launch cost £2OOO,
