JAPANESE NAVY
BUILDING PROGRAMME. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 9.15 p.m.) Tokio, November 1. The Navy Department has submitted demands for 460,000,000 yen for a second replenishment plan, including two 8500-ton cruisers, one 8000-ton aircraft carrier, seven destroyers and six submarines. It is also asking for 100,000,000 yen for aerodromes.
