On account of Adolph Zwiess, Lumsden, 430 acres freehold (his Lintley property) to Mr Hugh S. Hazlett, Lumsden. Account Peter McMillan, Conical Hills, 244 acres Crown leasehold, to James Hellier, Arthurton. Account Abraham Hillis, Seaward Downs, 163 acres freehold to T. G. Dobbie, Menzies Ferry. Account Adam J. Irvine, Pukerau, 294 acres freehold to Robert Hankey, Pukerau. Account Adam J. Irvine 327 acres freehold to John Murray, Pukerau.
