NATIONAL OWNERSHIP SCHEME.
(United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.20 p.m.) London, October 6. The Labour conference passed a resolution in favour of the national ownership of farm lands, public farming corporations and co-operative cultivation with boards to control imports and prices.
