CONSERVATIVES FAVOUR TAX.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 10.5 p.m.) London, October 7. Seventeen hundred delegates at the National Conservative Conference at Blackpool unanimously passed a resolution in favour of a tax on imported meat in order to help the farmer.
