Just Imagine
If I were but a fairy Queen With wings of dainty blue, I’d soar onward through the starry sheen Closer to Heaven than you. Travelling through the milky way, Here and there are the stars, Shining bright where the fairies play Over the planet Mars. I’d marry the merry old man in the moon And tell him what to do, His beams would fall on you in June And make you marry “two”! —Cousin June Black (11), 69 Elies Road, North Invercargill.
