Fairyland
One fine day I found that I had a loose tooth and my father pulled it out. I put the tooth under my mat by my bed and went to sleep and dreamed that I was in Fairyland. They all danced in a ring and twirled round and clapped their hands and then they went across the sea as happy as could be. I woke up and found .that I was not in Fairyland. My tooth was not under the mat. But a kind fairy had left me threepence instead. —Cousin Ross Nichol (7), 166 Clyde street, Invercargill.
