TWO SECTIONS TO CONFER. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) London, September 25. It is understood that a discussion is pending between the Samuel and Simon sections of the Liberals, suggesting closer co-operation. The issue will be whether Sir John Simon and his colleagues approve of the resignations of Liberal Ministers or alternatively identify themselves more closely with the Government.
