SETTLEMENT IN INDIA GANDHI EATS AGAIN TO-DAY HEALTH AFFECTED (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Calcutta, September 24. A settlement was reached on Friday afternoon between the Hindus, and Gandhi is ending his fast on Monday. A draft pact, which includes 150 provincial council seats for the suppressed classes, is being drawn up for submission to the Premier with an appeal to the Government to expedite a decision. Gandhi is growing weaker. He is unable to keep awake during the day and his voice is feeble.
