N.Z. ASSOCIATION. SCHOOLS TOURNAMENT. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, May 31. The Council of the N.Z. Football Association to-night decided to hold the North Island primary schools tournament at Huntly. Wanganui could not undertake the primary schools in addition to the secondary schools tournament. Mr F. G. Smith’s appointment to referee the F.A. Trophy match Otago v. Canterbury at Dunedin on June 11 was approved. The council agreed to Canterbury playing Westland at Greymouth on June 4 for the Peter Dawson Cup. Mr J. A. Smith, Greymouth, was appointed referee. The meeting of North A.xick—land v. South Auckland at Hamilton on June 4 for the Brown Shield was approved.
