FATAL FALL

Edward Swift, aged 68, chairman of the directorate of Swift Packing interests and a son of the founder, fell to death from his home in a sixth floor apartment house to-day. It is not known if it was accidental or a case of suicide. Associates insist that he was not involved in financial difficulties either personally or in connection with his business. When last seen he was in the best of spirits.
