COMPANIES POOL RECEIPTS. (United Press Assn— Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, May 28. In the interests of economy two great railways, the London Midland md Scottish' and the North Eastern have agreed to pool their receipts wherever there is competition between them. The arrangement will involve the elimination of overlapping redundant services and some curtailment of staff.
