DECREASE IN RECEIPTS. (United Press Assn.— Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, May 28. The report of the Suez Canal Company shows that the shipping that passed through last year totalled 30,027,966 tons, a decrease of 5 per cent, compared with 1930 and 10 per cent, compared with 1929. The receipts were about £950,000 below those of 1930 due to a decrease in traffic and the lower rates introduced last November.
