ECLIPSE OF MOON
OBSERVANCE IN SYDNEY. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Sydney, March 23. The lunar eclipse last night was one of the finest ever observed here. About 97 per cent, of the surface affected turned a copper colour in the earth’s shadow. Beginning at 8 o’clock it reached the maximum at 10.32 and ended at one o'clock in the morning. The atmosphere was clear and many photographs were obtained.
