FRANCE’S FINANCIAL POSITION. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Paris, March 19. The Premier, M. Caillaux, in a speech dwelt pessimistically on France’s financial position. He said that the Treasury was almost empty, public expenditure had grown beyond all measure, receipts were dwindling, and the deficit in the 1933 Bucget would probably be £75,000,000.
