A STATEMENT DENIED. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, March 21. “The statement that I drafted or had anything to do with the drafting of the oath is a falsehood,” said Mr de Valera in an interview. “Michael Collins told me Lord Birkenhead drafted the oath, adding as ho passed it to Collins: ‘lt is the greatest piece of prevarication in history.’ "
