The Union Company’s freighter Waipiata, which was scheduled to clear Dunedin yesterday afternoon, is due to reach Bluff this morning. The agents hope to despatch the vessel this evening for Wellington and Auckland, via ports. The Union Company’s intercolonial freighter Waikouaiti, is due at Bluff this morning. The vessel is expected to sail this evening for Sydney, Newcastle, Sydney Hgain and Hobart, later returning to Bluff. Coming] from Wellington, the Union Company’s freighter Wainui is due to reach Bluff on Monday. The vessel is expected to sail the following day for Melbourne direct. The Kanna, from- Toiaga Bay and Gisborne, is expected at Lyttelton on March 26. The Wingatui, from Portland and Auckland, via Wellington, with a cargo of 'tement, is expected at Lyttelton on March 30. From there the vessel will sail for Dunedin and Timaru.

The ketch Lily arrived from Stewart Island at 1.5 p.m. yesterday with a cargo of cased fish and sailed for the island again at 5.10 p.m.

The Canadian Conqueror reached Bluff at 2.10 p.m. yesterday and later discharged 200 tons of general cargo. She loads 230 casks of pelts, 400 bales of wool, 215 sacks of grass-seed and a quantity of sundries. She is expected to finish working to-day and sails on completion for Melbourne.
