FLIGHT WITH FILMS
OPENING OF SYDNEY BRIDGE. IN NEW ZEALAND NEXT DAY. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, March 10. A transtasman flight with Auckland as the objective may be undertaken after the official opening of the Sydney harbour bridge on Saturday, March 19, with the primary aim of delivering motion picture films of the ceremony for exhibition in New Zealand cities on the Monday afternoon. Squadron leader Kingsford Smith, who crossed the Tasman to Christchurch in the monoplane Southern Cross in 1928 may again be the pilot.
