Street upheld the appeal of Colonel Eric Campbell against his conviction at the Police Court uf having used offensive language during a public speech in which he attacked Mr Lang on January 11. The Governor on Friday receives a deputation from the New Guard who will present a petition bearing 100,000 signatures asking for the dissolution of the New South Wales Parliament.
