INJUNCTION REFUSED.

Christchurch, December 17
Mr Justice Adams gave reserved judgment in favour of Self Help, Ltd., the defendant, in the case where Edmonds, Ltd, sought an injunction restraining defendants from allegedly infringing plaintiff’s trade mark. t
The Judge said: “I have examined the tins and labels together and independently of each other and I am satisfied beyond any doubt that while there are minor resemblances, the striking differences as to colour and appearance generally are so obvious that no reasonable person could be deceived,"
