The Invercargill City Council doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order pursuant to the provisions of Section 159 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, to reduce by one-fifth for a period of twelve months from the Ist September, 1931, to the 31st August, 1932, the rentals payable by George & Co., Scandrett & Sons, Aitchison’s, Ltd., in respect of their leases of premises in the building known as the Library Buildings, Henderson & Co., Ltd., R.
