A thick fog after two days of cloudless weather prevented Air-Commodore Kingsford Smith from leaving Lyons, but he hopes to get away to-morrow. Kingsford Smith will be officially welcomed by representatives of the Dominions Office and Air Ministry at Croydon. STILL HELD UP. (Rec. 12.45 a.m.) London, December 15.
