“TELL THEM I AM ON MY WAY” MESSAGE FROM SANTA CLAUS. ARRIVAL 2.30 THIS AFTERNOON. “Tell the boys and girls I am on my way. Expect to arrive in Invercargill at H. and J. Smith’s Toyland in Esk street at 2.30 Monday afternoon. Will come via North Road and Dee street and down Esk street. Spread the news among my young friends.” SANTA CLAUS. The above was the message that came humming over the wires to H. and J. Smith’s last night. One has only to read the telegram to know that Santa, at this very minute, is speeding straight for Invercargill. He naturally expects all the good boys and girls to be present to welcome him.—Advt.
