AWARUA ELECTORATE. MR PERRELLES MAJORITY INCREASED. The final figures for the Awarua seat were made available by the Returning Officer (Mr G. E. H. Davis) on Saturday evening, and they read as follows: — P. A. de la Perrelle (C.U.) 4645 N. Mclntyre (I.) 2497 Informal 161 Mr Perrelle’s majority is increased from 1981 to 2148. He is now credited with 4645, while Mr Mclntyre has 2497, an increase of 97 against his former total, while Mr Perrelle’s increase is 259.
