DISBANDMENT OF PARTY. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 8.25 p.m.) Berlin, November 25. Affirming that Moscow placed a million anil a-half gold roubles at the disposal of English Communists during the general election, the newspaper Germaina states that the executive of the Comintern decided upon the disbandment of the Communist Party in Britain “which has shown itself incapable of utilizing a favourable internal situation for the furtherance of Commumnism.”
