MOVEMENT FOR SECESSION. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Perth, November 24. The Premier, Sir James Mitchell, said he believed there would be a big vote for secession from the Commonwealth. The carrying of the referendum would not mean secession, but the British Parliament could amend the Australian constitution by excluding Western Australia if that State could prove that an injustice had been done.
