DEBT CONVERSION
BILL READ SECOND TIME. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) Canberra, June 26. In the House of Representatives the Debt Commission Agreement Bill was read a second time by 41 votes to 15 after an all-night debate. Thirteen Government members and two of the Beasley faction comprised the minority division. This means that the whole of the Premiers’ Conference plan has been endorsed, as the bills to follow merely make the plan operative.
